What are the recommendations on this?

Is it best to mount the turbo onto the exhaust manifold and then install the adapter flange from Quadstar with the 5 bolts between the turbo and the downpipe? The LH rear bolt is giving me a LOT of trouble - simply cannot access it. If I run the bolt up from the bottom, then I can't thread the nut on because there is no room to get my fingers in there to work. The studs on the OEM turbo were convenient.
