A new DS4, if you can find one.
Sure, this is probably the more expensive route. But, it will cost a lot less by not having to mess with repairs and replacements from remans gone wrong, or not completely right. But if labor is free, going the reman route might save money in the near term, but probably not time or downtime.

The other option I would consider is having yours rebuilt by a trusted rebuilder.
And be careful who you trust
