You'll need interchange the exhaust manifolds, oil pan, and I'm pretty sure the heads which would mean the upper and lower intakes, and the 24 volt glows.
Others will have to chime in on the correctness of swapping heads and what all else I've missed.
The h1 military would most likely be a center mount turbo with 24v electrical system.
The IP,Glows and starter would have to be changed.
To convert to side mount turbo the heads and intake as mentioned would need to be changed.
The water pump and water pump backing plate would also be different since the mil pump is v belt driven AFAIK and rotates the opposite way that the serpentine belt does.
The oil pan is also different from what I have read.
If you were to go that route you would really only be getting a short block to work with based on info I have read at sites like this.
I would think that the injectors would be compatible though.
