How much oil pressure should I have at the HPO rails? I put a gauge in one of the ports on the oil rail and ran it out the hood so I could see it from the seat (a little redneck I know) but anyway I can only get about 2400 psi with my foot in the throttle. It's completely stock with rebuilt injectors and new IPR. Should it be around 3000 psi at WOT?

Nope. 2400 at WOT is acceptable. The general rule of thumb is that if you can maintain around 2800psi your HPOP system is in near perfect condition(with injectors under 250cc). 2400psi is not bad, but its not great either. Generally, most of the powerstrokes will see around 2200 - 2400psi. Its when you start seeing pressures of 1900 and below that you should be concerned. Thats when you may want to look into a new pump and or for any leaks. But your within the normal so all is good

Did you have the injectors professionally installed(shop) or did you do them yourself?
