Does anybody know if you can swap an 03 AC/Heat control panel out for a newer one with digitial readout and separate fan controls our of the newer trucks?

You mean the split digital climate control setup?
That require a different HVAC controller which may even be part of the body control module. You may even have to drop the HVAC duct out and change out wiring harness too. It certainly can be done if you have a parts donor.

yeah thats what I meant... If the guts were way different making it too much work.
