having os issue

i have tried to change the os by trying to make a new script. when i try to make to load the alternate calibration for comparison. to change the os i get. The tune has a different operating system then the currently loaded calibration. No comparison will be attempted

Yes, you need the same Operating System (OS) for both tunes when you try to compare.

If you have a modified tune you're trying to get the calibration from, you need to find a stock tune of that same calibration. Then, compare --> Create Script, and save script. Then run that script on your stock tune.

Are you talking about which controller to select to flash, or which button to push to flash?

Also, what year truck? Which Engine?

If your changing to a Different Operating system beside your stock system you have to full flash or it will fail the flash.

You are selecting the LBZ ECM correct? Not the TCM?

Also, make sure your key position is to the "RUN" position, not the acc position. In better terms, make sure it is as far forward without starting.
