So lately I've noticed the truck is becoming harder to start it usually was after driving it I would drive far then come back after shoopping or what ever and it didn't want to start unless I gave it throttle while cranking. I noticed the problem is happening more know. When I woke up this morning it was cranking smoking trying to start but didn't until I gave it throttle happened when I was leaking work also cranked 3-4 times. I just put new glow plugs in and ops and water temp sensor all for just maintenance. Could me blocking the egr cause this I wouldn't think so. Lift pump works great just drained a full water bottle at idle didn't die. I was told the PDM was just put on not long ago but it is a Dorman part and I know Dorman isn't all that great it wasn't relocated until I got it I relocated it.

No need to unbolt anything, just pull the old line off the front top fitting on IP.

Ok will do I though maybe it was like my ford were I needed to unbolt everything in the valley pain in the ass.

I put it in drive today and turned the key and primed it then tried starting it and it fired right up. Maybe just a fluke or its loosing prime or getting air in the system will have to put my clear hose on.
