Has anyone else had their fuel filter vibrate loose? I tightened it pretty good when I installed it, but I don't drive my truck much so it's been on their awhile. I started getting error code P0087 which is low fuel rail pressure so I figured I would change the filter even though it had 63% life left. When I relieved pressure only air came out and when I put the strap wrench on It took no force to break it loose, so it had vibrated to barely hand tight.

havent run accross that before. I did have the WIF sensor loose once... that was my fault though

Me either. I always give mine a little snug with the filter pliers.
