Fuel filter spacer

If anyone is interested in making the spacer that moves the fuel filter housing away from the engine a little so you can get a strap wrench onto it easier , here are the measurements from the one I just made today. I just used some 7/16 in. steel plate that I had laying around. Anything from 3/8 to 7/16 would work. The spacer is 2 3/8 in. x 13/16 in. and the bolt holes are
1 19/32 in. on center apart. The bolt size is 8mm x 1.25mm x length. The length depends on how thick you make the spacer. I bought 40mm length and cut them down so they were 7/16 in. ( the thickness of my plate) longer than the original bolts.:thumbsup:
