Fuel Filter Mounting Spacer

Thought I'd show a pic of the tooling washers I put behind the FF housing to make more room for the removal tool when changing the filter. I know a few sell a 3/8 aluminum spacer but I felt that was a waste of money. 5 minute job to put these in as long as you hold them in place with a magnet while putting the bolts back through.

BTW, that's a stainless bleed screw I got from Greg http://lubricationspecialist.com/ a few years ago.

The washers are case hardened 3/8 ID be 5/32 thick. Tooling washers like machinists use. We juuuuust happen to stock them in all sizes at work...;). I would have done 3/16" to 1/4" if I had had the spacers on hand but after I put those in I decided that was far enough to make the filter wrench fit much easier.

Yeah, Henry's gonna get an order for the PCV reroute kit at the same time as the EGR blocker in the next couple of weeks.
