Can you purchase dust boots for Moog ball joints?

I will be doing the GMT 800 brake conversion on my sons '94 Suburban. His ball joints have 40K miles since I last did them and I'd like to reuse them. I've only been able to separate the ball joints with a pickle fork and that destroys the boots. So I'm just looking for the boots.

I use a hammer and smack the casting right next to the joint and most of the time it pops right off. Your only going to be reusing one 1/2 right? If so break the nut loose on the joint you want to save and use the spring tension to assist, don't take the nut all the way off though.

By casting are you referring to the Knuckle? I would think you'd hit the knuckle to separate the uppers, the control arm to separate the lowers.
