The bottom hole rotted out, so I re-inforced the others with SS fender washers in the inside, and rebent the bottom brace to eliminate it, and used it up top for the support. It looks MUCH MUCH better.

looks much better. Now it looks more like the newer west coast mirrors. I love the black ones (for my truck) that they put on the 3500 dumps around 04-05.
 
Did the other side... Should have done this years ago.

Only issue now is my truck lettering looks off center now... such is life.

Still is centered under the window, but If I did it again, (which I wont), I would put it 6" or so forward....
