Deisel Fuel thru Crank Case Vapor Condenser

I have a 2001 GMC with a Duramax Diesel. Just had new Bosch Injectors and a new Injector pump as well as some new fuel lines installed. All this work was over 4k. The vehicle is showing a code for a major fuel leak. Also I’m dumping Diesel fuel thru the crank case vapor condenser out the vent line and on to the ground. This problem appears to have been happening before I had the new components installed. The new injectors or pump didn’t change a thing. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this problem? I’m concerned with putting much more money into this.
