Went to start my 86 6.2 diesel after the winter cranks over fine but glow plugs no clicking noises nothing, assuming its either a glow plug or maybe the glow plug relay solenoid? Any suggestions?

cranks but won't fire up

Assuming no other problems. Jump the relay for 10 seconds and see if it fires up, if yes relay or source to relay is bad, if no check for 12v at the GPs, if good relay is good, if not ohm GPs if GPs show open its bad.
