I am missing something in this conversion. I assume you can just swap the top cover with the 24v solenoids with a 12v top cover.
I tried this and although the throttle works the engine will not shut off when power is removed from the pink wire. Unplugged everything and then pinched fuel line to kill the idling engine.
I get a noise applying power to pink wire terminal so something is moving. Maybe not enough?
Is the 24v linkage different than 12v?
