Not just a truck... a project.
I was checking out my 7 pole plug today, all my poles check out except left turn.
I pulled the flat 4 pole plug apart (underneath that feeds it). I have voltage on the truck side. I test continuity from the other half of the plug to the receiver pole, good continuity.
I hook it back up, no voltage. Both the contacts in the plug seem as sturdy as all the rest.
Do I need more coffee?? What am I missing? How can I have continuity and no voltage. No more time to test, I have to get to work.
Who wants to tell me how I am being stupid?
The wire does go through a little plastic connector on its way to the receiver, but how could I have continuity without voltage? :mad2:
