dad has both the v-12 and the 637 V8. I was really mad, as some guy stopped buy and gave us $500 apiece for about 5 or 6 v-12s we had. I told dad to keep the nicest most original complete on we had. good thing i did, or he would have sold them all.

the reason i am mad is that we went to a big auction, and a locked up one brought about $1K and a free spinning one on a stand brought around $3K. This was a nationally advertised auction. dad got all of his at local sales for 10-75 bucks.

So we made a decent profit, but the guy got a helluva good deal. Oh well, life goes on!
