Anyone try Irontite Ceramic Motor Seal before? Thoughts / experiences?

Coats the Engine Cooling System and prevents the formation of rust and salt water corrosion. Stops oxidation of all metal in the cooling system by forming a very thin coating throughout the system. This "fills in" the pores of the metal and fractures causing a very smooth surface. The smooth surface improves coolant flow which in turn improve cooling action. Better cooling can be as much as 15% reduction in operating temperature of the vehicle. This enhanced heat dissipation provides added power.

Ceramic Motor Seal can NOT be used with antifreeze during the treatment process. Remove all antifreeze mixture before using Ceramic Motor Seal. Use only water during the treatment process with Ceramic Motor Seal. Distilled water if you have poor quality tap water. The mixture must be heated to approximately 160 degrees during treatment and must be fully circulated at this temperature for several hours for best results. You can start and stop the treatment process safely for relatively short time periods (a few hours). And the final step is to rinse the unused mixture out and allow the system to air cure. Then it is safe to introduce your normal antifreeze mixture back into the cooling system.

Reducing the roughness of a surface lowers the thermal conductivity of the surface because the area in contact with liquid is decreased. Imagine removing cooling fins from a heatsink.
They claim the product enhances heat dissipation up to 15% because of the extra flow. How they tested/got that number I don't know. But the velocities must increase a lot by the reduced roughness.
Also ceramics have low thermal conductivity, I'd love to see the SDS and know whats in it.
A smoother flow would reduce the energy draw from the water pump, probably not a noticeable amount in HP or fuel economy.
