The forum gives him the option to reply to a post but its not giving him a way to post. So he cant chat with anyone. Hes not sure what hes doing wrong or what he needs to do.

Hi, just "Post New Thread" will allow a new thread to be created (like you done here), or you can just post a reply to an existing thread. The account is setup correctly and should have full permissions to post .
