Any members in Michigan that can help set the TDCO on my 94 suburban?

Hello,
Just finished a rebuild of my 94 6.5 vin f. I have the IP set close enough to drive it without setting any codes, but can't find anyone that I trust to set TDCO. I am hoping there is someone close by that can give me a hand. I live in the Lapeer area.
