Yeah, and this is an important point that I was chastised on before. The PMD does increase voltage to the IP fuel solenoid with increasing RPM/load/fuel rate. Its not only a pulse width modulated signal. If it cant increase the power it probably cant control the fuel solenoid as well to get the correct fuel rates with ever increasing speed. even though pulse width may be correct it may not have fully opened before reseating, who knows.
At idle 600 RPMs I saw little under 2V, and idling at 1500 RPMs (thank you GMTDScantech) it was closer to 3V and when I got it to about 4000 RPMs it was about 5V.
