Acer Aspire notebook help.

Hi All,

My Mom's Acer Aspire Notebook has a message, and I am lost as to how to fix it. A window pops up says QTZ Acer.EXE then below it says failed to start because SZPTC UTC.dll was not found.

How do we fix this?

We are running trend micro internet security pro on a wireless network, PC being the main, and the notebook on the wireless.

All help appreciated.
