Ok so i been dealing with this issue for some time now and I am really sick of it because I do'nt want to just start changing parts. My a/c now everytime i use it works fine for awhile but then all the sudden the drivers side vents start blowing full heat while passenger side blows cold air. if i shut the truck off and restart it goes back to normal cold air but it might stay on for the rest of trip or it might go back to hot air again. My truck has manual climate control. Has anyone ever had this happen or should i buy a lottery ticket being so lucky to be the only one?

yeah i think i need a new actuator because i been having problems with defrost also. whe i put in defrost it just tries and keep turning and all it does is click and drive me nuts.
How much is that actuator any one know? I have to put about $700-800 in the front end, mostly steering parts with one wheel bearing, pitman arm, idler arm, lower and upper ball joints both sides. Then i need to find some tires. Anyone ever run the dueler revos on a tahoe before, my tahoe needs tires and people say go with the Revo's are they any good?

there are 3 actuators, 2 temp and a mode. it sounds like both are screwy. i would get it reflashed first and then recal them. not common to lose both actuators.
