96 C3500 6.5 turns over but wont run

My Just stopped running. my wife was driving it at the time. it might have bad diesel changed out the filter seen alot crap in the fuel bowl. The lift pump is working but the pressure isnt real strong. Im wondering is it a fuel problem or did the engine go?

Do you have a spare PMD to try?

I guess ya primed the system after the filter change?

Checked the fuse block under the hood?

Water in the fuel?
