Provided it doesn't have huge tires on it that have high rolling resistance and screw up the gearing. 17-19 highway.

Yea I see that. Looks like it does have larger than stock tires. If the gears are stock a good guess would be that would shave off a couple of MPG. What was the stock tire size for a 3/4 ton of this vintage? Still my initial guess would be close.
