6.9L n/a idi to cummins 5.9L

so i unfortunatly did something very stupid, i traded a dirt bike for for a 1985 f250 single cab long wheel base xlt 4x4, well if you can imagine the dam thing is fk'd, so i have decided to start looking for a cummins 12 or 24 valve 5.9L for my truck...i could really use some help looking for a engine, new or used, i have no clue where to look and what the prices may be...any help will be appreciated....

Junkyards would be your best bet. Would also be a good idea to buy an entire wrecked truck so you are sure to get everything you need. Good luck.

Check craiglist for an engine, if ya cant find one post a want add on there... cant hurt anyway
