I cannot get my 95 Suburban to start. Turns over fine but does not run. I have a new remote PMD from Pensacola, new injectors, new GP relay and new GP's. There is fuel coming out of the bleeder on the top of the fuel filter and fuel at the T-valve but nothing at the injectors. Fuel shut off solenoid is clicking. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I'd start by bleeding it right at the IP. then I'd pull the plunger on the shut off solenoid. It can click but still not be working

Make sure grounds on intake by dip stick are good then just got to crank the :shiiiiiite: out of it. DS4s can be a PITA.

Like AK said, bleed at the IP inlet,(seeing you replaced injectors)then crack as many lines open at the injectors on both banks as you can get at and crank the engine 30 sec at the time (let the starter cool down between cranks)till fuel appears at the injectors, tighten line nuts and attempt start.

The plunger on the FSS is working. I removed and checked. Plenty of fuel coming through inlet line to the pump. Injectors are not newly installed, they were installed 3000 miles ago. Two days prior to this issue I stopped at a store, and shut the truck off. When I came back out and got in the truck and started it, the truck was surging at idle. My wife drove it the following day, no problems. When she parked that evening we went out the following morning and the truck has not hit a lick since. IP? The truck has 147,000 miles on it.

I'd try a different PMD then. also check all the electrical connections and ground especially the ones on the tranny dipstick. might try plugging the pmd in directly to the IP to verify the extention harness is good.
