4L60E leaking cooler pipe

Hi,

my 1994 chevy sub 4x4 4L60E tranny is leaking fluid from the cooler pipe just where it
goes into the tranny - it is the bottom one - not sure if it is the out or the return.
I have attempted to tight it but still leaks.

also - tranny oil is low, where do I find the fluid addition plug?
