318 gas to cummins swap

Got an old 1970 camper with a 318/torqueflight b. Which cummins would be a viable candidate for a swap and would I need a different tranny. want to stay away from electronics and keep it simple. Although this same camper came with a 440 also engine space is tight. Would a 6bt be viable or better off with a 4bt ? And what tranny could work ? Camper wieghs about 10,000 lbs when loaded up.
