Yes, you would hope they took the time to pop test them and set them very close to even. In the morning, I will have a report letting me know how true that is of the Bosch India assembly plant. I'd love anyone's recommendation. Perhaps I'll call Bill and find out what he suggests.

Took the starter in to the auto-electric shop down the street. They replaced the solenoid and brushes, cleaned a greased it for $115. For less than half the cost of a lifetime warranty rebuild unit, I'm pretty happy with the results. I haven't bolted it back in yet, but I expect good things.

If there is an error code stored in the ECM due to the APP, will it cause the ECM to disable cruise control? Or can I rule this out 100% and know that it is my PMD/FSD that is the absolute cause of cruise not working? NEED TO GO HOOK UP WITH A TECH II SOON!

I'm not sure, but mine is new. I have verified that it is sending the correct signals to the ECM also.
