well in 2 hours today I have the 6.9 basically ready to pull. All thats left is to pull tunnel cover, 6 t-case bolts, supprt trans, drop x member, slide trans back and pull. Everything else is done, core support, radiator, fuel feed and return mount to x-member bolts, shafts... starter wiring...

So apparently from your first page, the length of a 6.6 and the length of A 7.8 ARE THE SAME, (fricking caps) and the only major difference is the 7.8 is P pumped...
