AC Delete Pulley Issue - IT BROKE!

Here are some pictures. My ac delete pulley appears to be a modified vacuum pump. I was going to just put the spare vacuum pump I have in its place, but it is a smooth pulley instead of ribbed. I do have an ac setup, but unsure how the brackets go (and which brackets to use). Any pictures of...

AC Delete Pulley Issue - IT BROKE!

205 measured on old stock gauges. It acts pretty normal, so I have often wondered if gauges are just off. I have a ton to do with the build. Life is just so busy and she has been running well. She has not been a time or funding priority. I have a few ac compressors in the shop. When I get...

AC Delete Pulley Issue - IT BROKE!

No plans to swap out water pump or fan clutch anytime soon. I don't believe they are the root of the problem. I really do love where I live. I could not imagine living anywhere besides Northern California. I do wish it were the State of Jefferson and keep my fingers crossed that it happens...

AC Delete Pulley Issue - IT BROKE!

Hmm, pics showing on my end. I will try again. I know i got the water pump, used, early on in the build. When I got the fan, I thought I got the suggested clutch. I do have heat issues, it basically runs hot all of the time, like 205.

AC Delete Pulley Issue - IT BROKE!

My wife took my Suburban to work this morning and while she was heading down the drive, there was a loud noise and she lost power steering and brakes. Upon inspection, the AC delete pulley came apart. A little background on my setup for those who don't remember me, it has been a while. The sub...

Not sure what facet pump it is. I pulled it off a 6.2l blazer that I purchased and froze the block the 1st night I had it.

I could not stand those running boards. The fire got stopped a little less than 2 miles from my house.

Running the correct Castro syncromesh synthetic. I am not running any cooling on it now. I would like to run the smaller cooling heat exchangers on the pto ports in the future. I am curious and hopefully that this trans is in good shape. I bought it used, told it was good but only paid core...

No mpg numbers yet. My speedo was quite off due to tire size. I hopefully got tg4 correct speedo gear in there now. I will check when it gets going. I am sure they won't be great, as it is difficult to not mash the pedal to the floor. [emoji41]

It took me about 5 years to get it in running shape. Remember, i was building a house and I am a wrenching newb. The newb part is not totally true, as I have been turning wrenches since I was a teenager, I was just never very experienced. I could do oil and brakes, but had never been past an...

That is how the engine was shipped to me. I added the J code intake, a freshly built 4911 IP, stock rebuilt 6.2L injectors, a Fluidampr balancer, a banks turbo kit, 4" DE exhaust, Leroy's oil cooler setup, a racor fuel filter and heater, a dmax fan, and a hd fan clutch, '93 serp belt setup...
