    So wee need to know exactly where those hoses are coming from. If it still has the stock fuel filter manager (FFM), did the smaller nipple get plugged off, and does the hose going to that funky fitting go to the larger nipple on the FFM? Did you check and see if there's a screen around the tube...

    IIRC Leroy has injector sockets for sale. The injectors are tightened to a specific torque, alignment of the return nipples is irrelevant. There is no seal on the injector lines to the injector as it uses a tapered seat and the nut just tightens that down

    Should be able to bolt that stepper motor back on. THAT could definitely be the issue.

    FWIW the pulley is technically not part of the HB. It's function is to dampen things pertaining to the serpentine belt system. It might affect the HB slightly but not enough to say it would break the crank

    IIRC you can machine the 6.5 crank to fit the 2 piece block but not the other way
