OK so here's what I've done.
PMD relocated to drivers side fender well.
Replaced baro censor.
Replaced turbo boost sensor.
Replaced vacuum censor.
Replaced crank censor.
Replaced lift pump
Checked grounds.
Included photo of bosch code read out.

Kind of figured that one out the hard way.
Everything I research keeps me thinking ECM.
I keep hoping I'm wrong.
But guess that's why I ask for help.
First 6.5l td.
Don't know enough about the automotive computer systems.
Real learning curve there.

Well I guess I'll be playing in the cold chasing ground issues.
Haven't had any electrical issues any where.
Wait a minute almost forgot.
Had it towed.
Had to remove winch from front receiver didn't tighten cables back all the way tight.
Could that have caused ecm issue's?

Yes did pmd relocation.
As stated I changed all major sensors.
Changed both lift pumps.
Cleared codes.
Read test drove .
Got P0251
Pump cam reference pulse error.
P0606
PCM internal communication interupt.
