    THAT LET DOWN FEELING

When my lift pump went, that's the fuse that blew. Mine was a '98, though, so I don't believe the lift pump current went through the OPS. Yours may be different since it's a '95. If you were able to drive with the OPS unplugged, either the current doesn't run through the OPS or your injection...

What is a good WIFI router?

Ferm, I'm still a fan of the Airport Extreme, but we use the Archer C7's at work (IT managed services) whenever a customer needs a router with minimal firewall abilities. They seem rock solid so far, so I would say the C9 would be a good investment. I have no experience with the ASUS.

I like this one. What's it worth? 1999 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 4WD LT

Yeah, I wouldn't call 150k low mileage. I know it's relatively low, but not low enough. $6k would be my max, especially if they're saying, "A couple grand in upgrades and you're good to go." Really? $16k and THEN $2k in upgrades?

    2.8L Duramax SPECS

So they really just need to put the full-size Dmax into the Burb.

    2.8L Duramax SPECS

K, well I just looked it up. That dude was grossly mistaken. 2016 Dmax Colorado is 4520 lb. The Burb is 5808 lb. I guess an extra half ton would make a difference.

    2.8L Duramax SPECS

The guy in the video said the weight of the Colorado was 6k. I was just thinking that's only a little under a Burb. And, since they won't put the full-size Dmax in it, it would put a diesel SUV back on the map.

    6.5 td vacuum delete

Where the vacuum tube actually attaches to the actuator (close to the firewall on the driver's side), you have to plug the actuator or it will throw a code. I balled up some electrical tape and stuffed it in the end then wrapped the whole thing with electrical tape to hold it secure. Drove...

    Advice

Well, you've just confirmed what I was feeling. I had all that stuff bouncing around in my head. BTW, I just want to say how much I appreciate everybody here. Due to my inexperience, I don't feel like I contribute much, and you guys are still always really quick and helpful with your...

    Advice

I was planning on a turbo, especially since it has a Conestoga IP in it. This one seems more ready to drive right now than the other, but that's without a test drive as well. Johnstown is 3 hours away, so it's a haul.

    Advice

Okay, so let's say, hypothetically, I were going to go the route of getting a less expensive one and putting work into it: Thoughts on this one? 1990 V1500 I know I'll need a third row seat. I have sourced a '92 third row seat, but '92 was the switch to the GM400. Will a '92 seat fit in a...

    Advice

I understand that. If I had a garage of my own,I'd be all about that. Unfortunately, I'm always going to a buddy's garage when repairs come up. Also, this is the wife's daily driver, and, with 4 kids, it absolutely has to be reliable.

    Advice

Yeah, I'm finding the same thing. I think I'd rather hold out for something I can put my family in right off the bat. I like the write-up on this one. Is this anybody here, or is there anybody nearby who would be willing to check it out? It's 4.5 hours away from me. I see the spots on the...

    Advice

He seems like a nice guy. He just doesn't know anything about the 6.5. He didn't know about the PMD or what blowby was. He even asked me to confirm whether it was a 6.5 or 6.2. I noticed the bumper before I went, but I didn't notice the grill. What's different about it?

    Advice

Thanks to everybody. Right now, I'm gonna pass on it, but I'm gonna keep my eye on it and mull it over. The oil had no grit whatsoever. It smelled like oil and showed no signs of coolant. It didn't hiss when I put the dipstick on the hot coolant cap either. The underside of the oil cap was...

    Advice

The link doesn't show up as blue text? Interesting. I'll be trading in the '01 gas Burb, so that'll help out too. The axles will be 3.42 or 3.73, right? Is semi-floating significantly worse? This won't be a towing machine, it'll be a people mover.

    Advice

Yeah, I like the functionality of the barn doors. I prefer the look of the tailgate, though. I like being able to lift just the glass on the tailgate setup as well. Diesels are emissions exempt in PA. Would this still make it illegal to remove the EGR crap? They should get hard slowly or...

    Advice

1996 K1500 Suburban I'm going to check this out at some point in the very near future. My old one was a '98 2500. This is a '96 1500. Anything I should look for in particular that might be different from what my '98 was? Manual 4x4 actuator is the most obvious difference, but I wanted your...
