Am showing a code 16 vss buffer fault. Also ABS light comes on at about 15 mph and goes back off when below 15 mph. Also no cruise control. What's the fix?

1995 CC DRW NV4500 3.42 rear..... Am averaging 16 mpg +/- not towing, 7.8 towing a 38' TT(10,000 lbs) at 65-70. Just pulled it about 300 miles, and have a coating of soot on my rear bumper by the exhaust. Average boost while towing 8 lbs, maxed out is 12-13 lbs with the vacuum system hooked...

Has anybody else had a problem with the 6 bolts on the plenum stripping out? the 1 center bolts on the raised portion of the plenum have both stripped and leaking out..... any good fixes besides helicoil?

I am having issues with my boost. A few months ago I made a TM, because the factory system wouldn't hold a steady boost(cracked vacuum line). It seemed to work ok, i could boost as high as i wanted. The issue is at cruise. If i have the TM set at say 10-12 psi max, I am still ending up with 6-7...

i have a complete '95 6.5 from tip to toe.....the engine is locked up, still have to tear it down sometime to find out why. my question is this.....is there any way to test an injector pump without actually installing it?
