    Timing All Messed Up

    Hi Folks, Anyone know if the IP timing stepper motor should move up and down at all times or only when engine over 170F and/or doing a TDCO relearn? Because I'm thinking the fact that my TSM doesn't move at all might explain why the timing is all over the place - idles poorly when cold...
