So the one I have has a dim mode that dims it slightly when you turn the headlights on, it's not variable like the normal dash lights are. I like my dash dark when driving at night and that gauge is like a flashlight in the eyes at night.

Has glow shift ever figured out the dimming?

I believe the front diff is the same between the 3/4 and 1 ton

On the 2 piece you have to offset it yourself it's not one you buy. Also if you have wear on the rear one check the front one it should be the worst
