There are 2 of mine built out of 66,814 for 91. Built on 10/18/91, just a couple months later and it could have been a 6.5!

You will have to swap the entire dash wiring harness between the truck, but if the 92 has the pointer gauges, and not the sweep gauges like the 91, you will also have to swap the entire dash to make the gauge cluster fit. They may not look like it, but they are actually different in back. IMO...

Looks nice, that truck is in pretty good shape for having 210,000 on it, should make a nice driver!!

What measurements are you looking for?? If I remember, I will get some this weekend.

I have also heard of guys "pinning" the caps, where they put a dowl pin in on each side to keep the the cap perfectly located on the registers.

Will, have you considered cross-bolting the mains?? Or is it in the plans already, I know the LS guys love the deep skirted block and cross bolted mains for a strong bottom end.

That is along the lines of what I was thinking.....I would like to keep the extra holes in the block to a minimum........

I would think you would want to stick with the stock fan(or at least a D-max fan kit). I don't know what temps your truck is running, but seems like I would want as much airflow as possible to help make up for the large amount of area that big damn plow takes away from the grill. My .02
