just put a little more nitrogen on when its tasseling, that'll help it fill the ear nicely. be sure you're watering it well too. most field corn varieties can use 1/2" water per day when its growing at its fastest.

the filters are wix (napa gold) filters, so there should be no difference in quality.

hit up fleet filter.com for fuel, oil and air filters. they sell napa gold (wix) filters for a lot better price than you will find anywhere else. i hope they're a vendor here because i'm sure they get a lot of our diesel business. i think its something like $6.xx for oil and $22.xx for a fuel...

TSC. i've never seen them anywhere else. and i've never been able to get a 5 gallon bucket of it for $36. that's pretty cheap.

we've got an RTK network set up in our area, and anyone can subscribe i think. our plan eventually is to use the same monitor to map our yields, variable our corn seeding rate and our nitrogen, and use the same display/monitor to run autosteer on each operation. i know its a hefty expense up...

mine is on too. its been on for about 4 months now. annoying as hell. i read some threads elsewhere about it being something as simple as a sensor, or something pretty complicated that runs $1400. i'm still dumping fuel in it until i find some extra cash to get it fixed at the dealer.

RI Chevy, i don't think that's the right number for the LB7 & LLY air filters. i think you've only got the LBZ filter number on there. the wix/napa filter numbers for the LB7 & LLY air filter are 6678 (napa) & 46678 (wix).
