I went with the stock location. I took a piece of threaded rod (10-24 or 1/4) and made a ubolt. I put in two 1/2" rod couplings as spacers to hold the pump above the stock lines. Snugged it all down on some washers. I will try to take pictures, but it is a crazy day/week. Probably $8 in parts at...

So the napa 4770 is the wix base? 1-14 thread, 1/2" fittings. then I go 10 micron filter. I put this before the pump correct? Then I can eliminate the sock in the tank if and when I need to in the future, correct?

I dont think so. I checked the voltage on the truck side using the ground pin in the receiver, so it should be the same ground. I will double check the ground... but right turn works. It pulses voltage off the same ground, and everything else shows the correct voltage. That would leave...
