    No Bull

A neighbor had a mean Herford bull. He'd walk right through fences. He bought a new truck, drove oit in the pasture and the bull totaled the truck while he was sitting in it. The bull went away. Not long after that

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

It's hell to get old. But it beats the alternative. My cardiologist said, "There's nothing golden about our golden years. Except our pee. And we're lucky if that holds true." I just got done resting in a chair so I could climb the stairs to take a nap.

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

I also use cardboard on the floor. Mostly because I'm too fat for a creeper! I was referring to putting a piece of cardboard between the fan and the radiator, to avoid munging up fins. I also started using the bottom of a large pet carrier. I don't know where it came from. We had it in the...

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

I've been told a few times - at stores- that Napa warranties were store specific. I guess I should have called corporate. It's one reason I never bought a lot of Napa parts for certain things. I always mostly stayed with GM or ACDELCO. Which weren't always available at Napa anyway

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

What kind of Napa is a literal Napa? In my experience. Most box store electrical stuff is crap. If you have a good case, you're better off at a good rebuilder Crappy rebuilders are no better than box store stuff

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

If you have a good rebuilder, take it there. I'd disconnect the alternator wire check voltage at the alternator Make sure and protect the end of the wire from arc strikes

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

We haven't decided on what our plan is our retirement plan involved a truck and a camper. We bought the truck before I got diagnosed. We've contemplated buying a camper or tiny house. Iroquois County requires 900 sq ft for a tiny house. Not very tiny. And expensive. There was a much...

    Aluma seal or bars leaks ? ? ? ?

That'd be great, but O don't know if the spare parts are going to make it that long We're trying to get ready to get our house rebuilt. So far we have dimensions of the foundation. I need to get a shipping container. I also need to get rid of the office trailer we have most stuff stored in...

    Timekeeper explosion in P400

I didn't think the cover was that thick. Seems this would still be good with a bypass filter - to return from the bypass.

    Timekeeper explosion in P400

Would oil running down the fill neck help. I'm guessing I could go outpatient and look at my truck to answer that. Too tired for that. I'm not even looking forward to just walking up and down the stairs to take drugs.
