    My LLY gauges did that, but I did not have any CELs or system messages. The instrument cluster stepper motor was going out, which I replaced. I believe that there is a bulletin from GM that describes the problem.

    Correct. As far as the EGR, I unplugged the EGR itself and added the blocker plate.

    16. It was an 11 year old 1967 Chevy C10. Straight 6, 3 on the tree, no radio and no air conditioning.

    ULSD looks like green Gatorade to me. I hate the crap. Too bad we can't come across a refinery that makes the high lubricity pre-ban stuff.
