Rockauto is not my reference source, but I wasn't in the shop to confirm for certain that there is no abs on the front of my 1994 K2500

If there's no pressure to the wheel cylinder or won't adjust the brakes

I looked on rockauto and the 94 K2500 didn't have abs on them.

If it hasn't been answered, I use copper/nickle in the 25' rolls.

I'm not sure it would ever have been an issue on this one but if they were in wrong you might not be able to grease them

Make sure the ball joint is lined up with the depression in the arm so you can get a grease gun on it.

I also pressed in the ball joints. I have an OTC ball joint press but it's so much easier in the big press with the arms removed.

1994 and earlier only had rear wheel abs so those should work. I think 95 and up did have sensors in the front.

I wish I'd known that when I ordered parts! I'm sure a front bearing without a abs sensor is a lot cheaper. Couldn't find one without for the 2500HD.

I would have to say yes! I don't see any visible issues. Bolts lined right up and fits the knuckle same S the new one. Depth from back of hub to mounting surface measures the same.

I'm sure it's been posted on here before but from what I've heard over the years is that driving around with your hand resting on the shifter on the NV4500s can wear on the syncros.

I'm back to using the bushings only. I think I've seen one bad bushing in the last 40+ years working on vehicles but many bad bearings. When you think about it the only time the pilot bushing or pilot bearing comes into play is when the clutch is depressed. I wish the clutches were still...
