That is the specific part number for the 95-02 GMT400 cold front for a GMC. I don't have the chevy number.

I do have a few sets left yes. I don't have any lenses though. I know you can still get OEM lenses, and some aftermarket ones on ebay that are pretty decent quality.

Yup, although they don't offer them with heat which is why i swapped parts between my existing set and this one. They are built fine by my standards, as you'd expect for something decent from china.
