    Try jiggling the connections at both ends while it's idling see if cuts out. I had a bad from another vendor wasn't crimped on one end gave me fits for a long time till I found it.

    It will reset with key cycle. If your pulling a load you will notice the defuel more. Either you have to , back off the boost, build the boost fooler, or tune it.

    I noticed in one of your earlier post , your getting 15 psi boost, Without a "boost fooler or tune I have never been able to run more than 11psi without it throwing a code and defueling.

    If I had it to do over , and since I use it at home a lot.. I would buy an electric unit.. so much quieter and do need gas or have to worry about leaving sit was gas and so on.

    True, however it still requires pressure to push it through the heater core. If the heater core line won't develop some pressure, it would just by-pass and circulate in the motor. This would be my only concern for putting a filter in the line would be cold weather .

    I would be curious, if you pull the line off to the heater core and deadhead it with a pressure gauge it should be fairly easy to calculate the flow based on how many PSI it will generate, going to be low I think. if there is very much restriction it will just take path of least resistance and...
