Get a better LP. 8-14 psi is the spec of the LP at the LP but it usually don't get that high after FFM before IP. There is loss of pressure at every point of the flow. That is the nature of fluid flow.

3-4 psi steady after the FFM. In a lot of cases, the pressure dip down to 0 that is why steady is also important.

All those Sensors and Senders need to be ACDelco brand, not store brand. Otherwise, you will have more issues.

Did the line from IP to injector sequence correctly during install?

If it is a suburban, there are some quick connect under the passenger side near the frame. I am not sure if it goes that far but if that one leaks, it will puddle everywhere and it is the lowest point of the cooling system. Mine leaks there at one time.

The hoses to the IP and t-valve is under the intake. They will fail with age. I thought you already replaced those, otherwise, I will suggest you replace it.

You may want to see when engine is running? It may just be as simple as the clamp too tight or not tight enough? Both can cause leaks. At one time, mine was ok when not running. When running, I see the leaks. Now, very intermittent and I am not worry about it anymore since it is old truck. LOL!!!

Find a local rebuilder, they probably can rebuild it better. Otherwise, if they have them in stock, they probably have better quality than the part store. If you go to Part Store, you need to get a "NEW" not rebuild.
