i would look for a pencil,pen,lighter,ect....that has went down the defrost and has the damper jammed before i'd rip the dash apart... just 2 cents....

well the flange bolt holes were to wide had to take torch and blow the inter part of the hole out to get them to line up.....did front drive shaft u-joints too....they where shot.....any 1 else had that trouble with warp speed cross over?

burb has A/C and i just done mine 3 days ago in 1 hour 45min's.....this has been twice in 4 months:eek::eek:......china leakers replaced with Bosch's.....first time was almost 3 hours:sad:......i'm gettin' quicker:D ......no leaks now!!!!:thumbsup: btw inter well stayed in....
