Dell seems to be the going norm if you don't use a Mac. We have a couple of Dells here at work and seem to be a work horse not like my Mac but adequite. If you were going to go something other than a Mac I would go Dell. I mean I wouldn't I have a Mac. Well there is my .02. I hope that helps...

Gotoassist is a citrix based progam it has unlimited single use sessions. Pricing is ok $69 a month or $660 a year... I am not sure if its worth it. I like Logmein.com free but like I said end users would have to download the agent. It can be turned off and on when needed...

I think the biggest thing is security. I will check with my IT guy they have a remote support where you need a access code generated for each session with out having an agent pre installed....

Logmein.com is good there is a free agent but this would need the end user to install it...
