Nick got another question for ya. I'm thinking of hooking up to the sled this year. Would that be an issue with the leveling kit on?

Looks good. The only thing that I would suggest it to make sure that your A Frame is more parallel with the ground. The closer that is to parallel the better it will scrap. With it being back end high the plow will have a tendency to want to dig in and trip more.

I still want to hear from someone using the Puck. I'd like having that switch on the fly ability.

The next issue had to do with the the boost valve in the trans pump. With 04 being a transfer year some changes were made to the trans as well. The early 04's used a different valve compared to the late 04's and the valves are not interchangeable. I have an early 04 trans but was sent a late 04...

Pics of everything laid out and of the build. The clutches in this thing were pristine. The writing from the factory clutches wasn't even scuffed, but what do you expect for a truck with 26K miles on it.

Here are pics of the first issue we ran into. We went to remove 1 of the bell housing bolts from the main case and it wouldn't come out. We were able to get it out and discovered that the bolt had been tightened down to tight from the factory and broke the hole. Here you can see the crack...

Well we got the trans in Sunday with only a couple issues. Overall everything went well. I've got a few pics from the build. Truck up on lift, draining fluids getting ready to drop everything. Transfer case and brace out. Trans out.

I'm planing on getting the Cognito leveling kit here in the next couple months. My problem is that it says to run a wheel with 4 5/8 BS.
